I was going to do the following this evening:
- Shopping on Main St. (a present for someone)
- Check out Thucydides from the library
- Listen to music
- Watch Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon with AnnMarie and Jesse
- Attend a pre-lecture seminar on Herodotus’s Histories
- Attend lecture on Herodotus
- Sleep
This is what I did instead:
- Found a message on my phone from Tim at four o’clock, when I was going to shop
- Listened to music
- Checked out Thucydides from the library
- Went for a motorcycle ride
- Listened to worship music with Tim and Tanya in the BRCC sanctuary
- Went for a motorcycle ride to Trader Joe’s®
- Had dinner (breakfast—eggs and hot cereal) at T & T’s apartment
- Learned how to play Cribbage
- Came back to the dorms by eleven o’clock
What an excellent night!
