It’s currently sunny at 18°C with a slightly overcast yet blue sky. Lovely.
We had our last regatta of the fall season today. It was a small one with St. John’s College versus the Annapolis Rowing Club. It ended in an overall tie for the Ritter Cup, which St. John’s was defending from last year. It was good fun. I coxed a novice men’s 8+ and an open women’s 8+. Now I’m off to play some soccer (go Druids!) and I’ll close out the day reading Plato’s Apology and Crito.
I want to thank all the people who’ve been reading and praying for me while I’m here at St. John’s. The Lord is blessing me, surely, and I couldn’t be more thankful for the new mercies and love that wash over me each morning. Praise Jesus! May He return to you the fruit of your faith, hope, and love.
